Here are some questions you might have about booking with

Moon's Party Balloons LLC. If you have additional questions or want a quote, please contact me!

Can you help attach balloons to the wall or display area?

Yes I can! I use products designed to protect property, but am not responsible for any damage that may occur due to their failure or improper removal.

Are balloons ok in the Texas heat?

I use high quality, professional grade balloons, but they will still pop in extreme heat. It is recommended that you choose an inside location or a shady spot outside for your balloons.

Please keep this in mind too if you are transporting smaller balloon creations in hot cars.

How long do we get to have the backdrop rentals?

Backdrop and balloon arch rentals are for 24 hours, but in some cases, we may drop off earlier and pick up the day after as arranged with the client at no additional charge.

Bookings

An event date and service will be confirmed / secured when Moon's Party Balloons LLC receives the signed contract and non-refundable 50% deposit for orders over $100.

Refunds

Should a client need to cancel the Moon's Party Balloons LLC contract, seven (7) days notice is required. Notice may be given by text or email. Should the client fail to give seven (7) days notice a 25% surcharge of the full contract amount will apply.

Orders cancelled before 30 days are eligible to receive a full refund if custom orders have not already been purchased.

All deposits are non-refundable after 30 days except in the event that Moon's Party Balloons LLC needs to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, Moon's Party Balloons LLC will return all deposits.

Weather

We are not responsible should weather conditions make it impossible to provide décor services to outdoor venues. This includes, but not limited to strong winds, rain or snow storms. If inclement weather prevents delivery of services and materials listed in this contract, a full refund minus the deposit will be issued within 1 week.

Due to the general nature of balloons, we cannot guarantee that they will remain perfect and intact when used outdoors. There will be no refunds or discounts for loss, breakage or failure to produce due to factors outside and beyond our control. The Client will not move or re-arrange the décor between indoor and outdoor locations.

Balloons Popping

I use high quality, professional grade balloons, but they will still pop on occasion. Once I have delivered and installed the balloons or the client has taken possession of the balloons, I am no longer responsible for popped balloons should they occur. Please be thoughtful about where you wish to install your balloons so that there are no sharp surfaces or exposure to extreme heat. This includes hot cars when transporting your balloons (if applicable.)
